From application to first booking.

Set up in a few minutes

Turn on Neighbour mode from the Profile tab in the Swifli app. Add your details, where you work, and when you’re available. Joining is free.

Step 02

Verify your ID

Verify your government photo ID with a quick live selfie check. It’s required before your first job.

Step 03

Add your services

Choose the services you offer and set your rates. Some services need extra documents, like certifications or photos of your work.

Swifli reviews your profile

Our team reviews your profile and each service you offer. We’ll let you know as soon as you’re approved.

Start accepting bookings

Job offers from residents nearby arrive in the app. Accept the ones that fit your week, and pass on the ones that don't.

The questions every Neighbour asks.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining is free — no listing or subscription fees. You keep 100% of the rate you set. Swifli's booking fee is paid by the resident, on top of your rate, so nothing comes out of your earnings.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings become available once a job is completed — when the resident confirms it, or automatically 24 hours after you mark it done. Payouts are sent in payout runs reviewed by Swifli, or you can request a cash-out (minimum $50) that Swifli reviews before sending. Once sent, money usually reaches your bank in 1–2 business days.
How long does signing up take?
Setting up your profile takes a few minutes. You’ll verify your government photo ID with a live selfie check, and Swifli reviews your profile and each service you offer. Some services need extra documents, like certifications or photos of your work. We’ll let you know as soon as you’re approved.
What does Swifli’s booking fee pay for?
Finding residents who need your help, holding and processing payments, ID verification, reviewing reported problems, and the app you use to manage your jobs, availability and earnings.
Can I set my own rates?
Yes — you set your own rates, within $15–$250 an hour. Jobs Swifli matches to you automatically use Swifli's set price for that service.
What if a resident reports a problem with my work?
You'll see the report in the app and can share your side. The payment stays on hold while Swifli's team reviews it, using the chat history, booking timeline and any photos, and then decides the outcome. You can also report a problem yourself while a job is upcoming or in progress.
Do I need my own insurance?
Swifli doesn't require it, and Swifli doesn't provide insurance. If you have your own insurance certificate, you can add it to your profile.
Can I do this part-time?
Absolutely. Set your availability in the app, and accept the jobs that fit your schedule.
