For service providers

Turn your skills
into income.

Whether you teach, fix, build, clean, or assist with everyday tasks, there are people nearby looking for what you offer. Swifli connects you with them, handles the trust and safety, and pays you for the work.

A skilled service provider at work
Why become a service provider

Built so the work pays for itself.

01

Earn on your own terms

Turn what you're already good at into steady local income. Set your own rates, set your own schedule, take only the jobs that fit your week.

02

Demand is local and verified

Bookings come from residents in your neighbourhood, not bots or lead-resellers. Property-manager partnerships warm up entire buildings before listings even go live.

03

Your money moves predictably

Payment is held safely at booking, not after. Weekly payouts by default. Same-week payout unlocks once you complete five jobs at 4.5★ or above.

04

Reputation travels with you

Every completed booking adds to your verified rating and the trust score we show on your public profile. Switch categories without resetting your standing.

Vetting - your competitive edge

Strict on the way in. Loud about it in the listing.

The Swifli verification badge isn't a participation trophy; it's the reason residents trust you over a Kijiji ad. Every provider on the platform clears the same checks:

  • Government ID verified through a third-party identity service.
  • Background check on file before any booking can be taken.
  • References called as part of standard onboarding.
  • Credential or sample-session check for trades, lessons, and childcare.
  • General liability insurance on file for every active provider.

All of this is shown on your public profile. That's why our average booking conversion is 3.4× higher than open-marketplace listings.

Provider FAQs

The questions every provider asks.

How much does it cost to join?
Nothing. Listing is free. Swifli takes a clear platform fee out of each completed booking, and that fee is shown on every quote before you accept it. No subscriptions, no posting fees, no hidden cuts.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run on a weekly cycle by default, with same-week payout available once you complete five jobs at 4.5★ or above. Funds release from escrow the moment a resident confirms completion.
How long does onboarding take?
About 5–10 business days from application to first booking. The slow part is the background check, which we run through an outside provider, not us.
What does the platform fee actually pay for?
Escrow and payment processing; identity and background screening; marketing and resident acquisition; 24/7 trust and support; insurance coordination; and the tools you use to manage availability and earnings.
Can I set my own rates?
Yes, within published category floors. The floors exist to protect provider pay across the network and prevent a race to the bottom that helps no one.
What if a resident disputes my work?
You see the dispute, the resident's reasoning, and any photos they uploaded. You can respond in-app with your side. Our trust team reviews the evidence, including chat history, status updates, and photos, and resolves within 48 hours.
Do I need my own insurance?
Yes. All providers carry their own general liability insurance, and Swifli holds the agreements on file. For specialty categories (electrical, childcare, lessons), extra credential-specific coverage applies.
Can I do this part-time?
Absolutely. Most Swifli providers start part-time. Set your availability windows in the app; we only surface jobs that fit your schedule.
