What does it cost to partner?
Zero. There's no software fee, no setup cost, no minimum commitment. Swifli is a passive revenue layer on top of your existing operation.
What workflow changes for my staff?
None. You generate a referral code, share it with residents (via lobby posters, move-in inserts, email), and check your dashboard monthly. That's the entire workflow.
How is revenue-share calculated?
You earn a published share of Swifli's platform service fee on every booking made by a resident registered under your code. Rates and tiers are set in your partnership agreement and visible in your dashboard in real time.
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, direct deposit, on the 5th of every month for the prior month's bookings. Statements are downloadable from the dashboard for your finance team.
Do my residents have to opt in?
Yes, every resident signs up individually and consents to use the platform. We never auto-enrol residents on a property's behalf, and we never share resident PII with property managers beyond aggregate metrics.
What if a provider damages something in the building?
All providers carry their own general liability insurance. Building-level incidents escalate to the property manager under an SLA written into our partnership agreement, with our trust team coordinating the resolution.
Can I exit the partnership?
Yes. Standard 60-day termination notice. Residents who signed up under your code keep their accounts but stop generating revenue-share for you the day termination takes effect.
How is resident data handled?
Resident PII is held by Swifli under PIPEDA-aligned privacy standards. Property managers see aggregate building-level metrics (bookings, top categories, satisfaction trends), never individual resident transactions.
