Long-term, the goal is bigger than tasks. Today we're a marketplace. By 2027 we want to be the platform every property in our launch markets runs on, for residents, for providers, and for the operators who own the buildings.

Swifli is the flagship product of Swifli Technologies Inc., an Ontario-based product studio focused on community infrastructure. We build the quiet plumbing behind the things people use every day.
We're a small team, on purpose. Our bet is that the future of residential life gets built like infrastructure — deep, reliable, and mostly invisible — not like a flashy consumer app racing to do everything at once. So we're starting narrow, getting the fundamentals right, and earning the room to grow.
